The Northwest Championship Crab Races is a two day event at The Old Mill in Garibaldi, the weekend of March 13-14, 2010.

Individuals and teams come from all over the country to compete next to locals in the informal and fun Northwest Championship Crab Races.

The Garibaldi Crab Races are a must do. So put together a team for this family friendly event and we can assure you that you will have loads of fun, good chowder, wine, beer and, of course, fresh crab.

One of the early settlements in Tillamook,Garibaldi is named for the Italian patriot considered the father of his country. Busy fishermen, both sport and commercial, utilize Garibaldi’s harbor and the Miami River. Outdoor activities include crabbing, charter fishing, surfing, birding, beachcombing, and wind surfing.
